Assessment for the decision-making process of Concomitentes, an organisation that promotes the creation of artworks and mediates between civil society, which commissions them, and the artists, who produce them. The process is based on the fact of thinking, which gathers, organises and relates the diversity of views on the project in relation to its main challenges. In order to facilitate decision-making, 4 main challenges are identified, their strengths and challenges, as well as the basic needs to face. A short term roadmap is proposed which, together with a canvas, organises the decision-making process and facilitates the transformation of the organisation.

Study for the promotion of urban masoveria |

Field work and technical study on underused and empty housing in Alzira (Valencia). The aim of evaluating the implementation of housing mobilisation programmes such as masoveria (renovation exchange for rent). The characterisation of the housing and its ownership are defined in order to gain a deeper knowledge of the situation of the building stock and define public policies that enable its mobilisation (from the Public Administration and from private individuals). |
Evaluation of the Petxina Superblock |

Qualitative and quantitative evaluation through 20 indicators to find out the changes that have been generated in the surroundings of the first superblock of Valencia. A methodology is created to periodically evaluate and detect opportunities for improvement the implementation of future superblocks in the city. Using different tools and a participatory approach, the information obtained talks about the effects generated by the superblock related to: environmental quality, public space, mobility, local commerce, socio-economic conditions and the level of satisfaction. |
Housing mobilisation against depopulation |

Study for the identification and activation of underused houses in Vall de Almonacid (Castellón). The goal is to attract new residents avoiding depopulation of rural areas. After identifying the empty houses in the town and analysing case studies, the report suggests several actions which could be implemented by the Municipality to promote their activation: from traditional renting to masoveria (renovation exchange for rent). |
Urban regeneration of La Artejuela |

“El camino de la almazara” is the winning project of the CRU VI, which seeks to consolidate and rehabilitate the old olive mill of La Artejuela and its surroundings.
The project is organised around the path that connects the mill with the washing place, the small water reservoir and the rest of the village. Along this trail, the existing constructions are highlighted and small areas are created where people can rest or contemplate the surroundings. It also recovers the interior space of the olive mill with the millstone, and the modern press in the outdoors.
It is planned to reuse local materials: tiles, wood or remains of the mill, which will be integrated into the paving of the path.
“El camino de la almazara” is a minimum proposal, to make an impact only where it is necessary. The aim is not to change the existing space, but to value and preserve it as a community space.

Labora’s Youth Participation Toolkit |

Design of a toolkit which facilitates coordination between LABORA services with Employment Guidance in educational centres. To reach the main goal of introducing young people to employment and formatiom, the toolkit uses gamification techniques. The kit allows students to work in an explorative and participative way on aspects related to the field of employment, rather than common talk about the employment guidance service.
The project is part of the Integral Plan Avalem Joves 2021-2024, which is based on the continuous communication to the target (young people) in order to understand their needs and make employment policies more accurate, effective and efficient. |
“Dones i Igualtat” Space |

Proposal for a building for the Espai Dones i Igualtat service of the City Council of Valencia, in El Carmen neighbourhood. The project aims to integrate the uses of the new building from a gender approach with the archaeological remains of the ancient city. This participatory workshop is part of the 8th edition of Arquia Próxima. In the documentary that summarizes the festival, the worked map can be viewed and complemented with the stories of the people involved in it. |

A study for the characterisation of empty dwellings detected by the Castelló de la Plana Town Council. After an analysis of the available data, site visits are made to find out the status of the properties and the needs of the residents’ associations. We designed and promoted the first edition of Participatory Budgeting with the Department of Participation of Benigànim Town Council. Based on methodologies applied in other cities, we designed a participatory process adapted to the reality of a municipality of 6,000 inhabitants. After a public presentation, 34 proposals were collected, assessed and validated by the municipal technical team. Using an online platform, a voting process was opened and the 3 winning proposals were chosen. |

MAS is the project to renovate and extend the Masia de Sant Josep, a 19th century rural building to become the offices of Montserrat Town Council. The project seeks to conserve the image of the historical building by enhancing its characteristic elements. In this way, the activity programme is set out in a similar way to that of the farmhouse, respecting its original three-part organisation and recovering the side areas with contemporary architecture. Participatory process for the recovery of the collective memory of the neighbourhoods of Tres Forques-Vara de Quart (Valencia). The project is based on meetings to create a documentary archive with photographic, cartographic, narrative and audiovisual material. Once the different participatory sessions have been held, an exhibition is presented in which the work carried out collaboratively by more than 30 organisations in the area is shown. Skatepark La Marina |

Marjal Urbana is the winning proposal of the projects competition for the skatepark in Plaça de l’Ona (La Marina de València). It was born from the idea of replicating the concept of Marjal, understood as an intermediate area between the urbanised territory and the sea. Marjal is the Valencian term used to define a wetland area, close to the sea, with great natural wealth. Together with the project’s drafting team formed by Straddle 3, Eulia and Sergi Arenas, several co-design workshops are held where the city’s skater community contributes, from their experience, to perfect the final design. |

Process of activation of the building annexed to the Real monasterio de la Trinidad (Valencia) after a period of inactivity. Colector’s programme is designed, coordinated and managed together with a large community, in order to turn it into a collaborative and innovative space open to the city. Over the course of more than a year, Colector hosts artists’ residencies, talks, exhibitions and workshops, as well as a permanent space for collaborative work. The result is the activation and positioning of the place as a reference point for emerging culture in the city. |

Refurbishment of a ground floor area for a physiotherapy and osteopathy clinic in Enguera, Valencia. The project is based on a flexible structure that divides the space into four: waiting room, multi-purpose room, consultation room and services. From these hang six sliding panels that modify the configuration of the space, allowing for multiple uses. The materials chosen provide the texture, warmth and light that are optimal for manual practice. In collaboration with Crux Arquitectos. |

This project aims to incorporate the perspective of childhood in the city through different actions such as pedestrian school routes, pedagogical activities and urban actions. Pas a Pas works transversally with parents, schools, family associations, local shops and police, to generate a support network for the autonomy of children in the city.
