Lessons learned for a cooperative housing group under a transfer of use agreement
We share the lessons learned over the last five years in relation to Corriol, a group promoting cooperative housing under a transfer of use agreement, in order to facilitate the progress of the project in the city of Valencia from an inclusive perspective.
A document has been produced containing a series of reflections and recommendations grouped into five themes (group management, governance, access to land, affordability and coordination with the ecosystem), which are not intended to be an exhaustive or definitive list, but rather a guide to help Corriol in its journey.
This project has been developed within the PERTE ‘Cooperative Housing Ecosystems: Networks of collaboration, innovation and inclusion’. Funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU through the PERTE for the social and care economy.
