Leading figures in cooperative housing under transfer of use agreements
We defined our portfolio of services related to cooperative housing under transfer of use based on an analysis of 21 leading entities at the national and international level. The services offered by these networks, federations, housing developers and professionals in relation to this type of access to housing are very diverse, but can be grouped into dissemination, research and training, model strengthening, demand activation, supply activation, management, legal, technical-architectural and economic-financial services.
After observing the diversity of the complete map and analysing Carpe’s experience, resources and current context, a diagnosis is made to determine the main services on which the entity should focus in order to continue contributing to a model that is committed to the decommodification of housing from the perspective of the social economy.
This project has been developed within the PERTE ‘Cooperative Housing Ecosystems: Networks of collaboration, innovation and inclusion’. Funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU through the PERTE for the social and care economy.
