Housing rehabilitation mediation

Dissemination and mediation actions of the Buildings Programme in the neighbourhoods of Sant Marcel-lí, Stella Maris – Natzaret, Virgen del Carmen – Beteró and Malva-rosa in Valencia. Through the development of communication sessions and visits to homeowners’ associations, information is provided on the energy refurbishment programme financed with European Next Generation funds. The attention to neighbours and property administrations allows to approach the opportunities for improvement, to collect the needs of the communities to be incorporated in the technical projects and to obtain agreements for the participation in the call for proposals.
